Unlimited consultations, now included with every membership.
A health plan built around better veterinary care
We believe that great preventative healthcare is about much more than vaccinations, flea treatment and worming.
It's about building a relationship with your pet, getting to know them as an individual and spotting problems before they become serious.
That's why every membership now includes unlimited consultations. Worried about a lump, an itchy ear, a change in appetite – or simply after some reassurance? Book an appointment whenever you need one, with no consultation fees to weigh up.

A smarter approach to flea and worm treatment
The thinking on parasite treatment has changed – and we've changed with it.
Blanket treatment, where every pet gets the same product at the same intervals, is no longer considered best practice.
Not only do pests build up resistance to these medications over time, but they run off our pets and end up in our rivers, gardens and green spaces.
The latest veterinary guidance is clear: treatment should be tailored to each pet, not posted out by default.
That's why we've made it personal. With unlimited consults on your plan, we can regularly assess your pet's individual risk – their lifestyle, their habits, where they roam – and recommend exactly what they need, when they need it.
As a member, you'll get 20% off flea and worm treatments whenever your pet needs them. Or, if you'd prefer complete cover, add unlimited flea and worm treatment to your plan for £10 a month.
Better for your pet. Better for the planet.
Who was Flora?
Flora was Priya and Punit's beloved puppy when they opened the doors of Fauna Vets. Faced with serious health challenges from an early age, she tackled every setback with spirit and an inspirational love of life. That determination left a lasting mark on our founders and the practice. Flora's Healthy Pet Club is named in her honour.
